Insurance Sales Representatives Wanted

Job Description:
Position is for highly motivated, professional sales person with closing skills to sell personal lines of insurance on the phone or in person. No cold calling. Ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with clients, analyzing client's information, making product recommendations and providing ongoing service.

• Retain and develop client relationships
• Closes the sales by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and consistently moving the customer towards commitment
• Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs
• Dedicated to customer service
• Computer literate
• Willingness to learn
• Property and Casualty license
• Bilingual-Spanish a plus
